“Reverie” invites artists to explore – a state of dreamy meditation, a fanciful musing, a daydream or a fantastic, visionary or impractical idea – through art. “Reverie” will be exhibited at the TedxBend bash on April 23, 2016.
Works for inclusion in “Reverie” will be juried by Cari Brown (Artist and Co-Founder of The Workhouse), Kiel Fletcher (Interactive-New Media and Video Artist & Professor at OSU Cascades), and Renee Mitchell (Arts Advocate). The jury will be selecting a cohesive group of individual works that creates a solid, powerful exhibition.
Selected artists will receive a complimentary ticket to the TedxBend Bash.
Eligible to all artists who live or work in Bend, Oregon to submit up to (3) entries in all themes, genres and media, except video. All work must be display-ready upon arrival. Entries must be original works of art and entirely created by the entrant. No reproductions representing original artworks will be accepted. Fine art prints (including c-prints, digital prints, etchings, lithographs, woodblock, etc.) are eligible, but must be signed and numbered and in a limited edition of 125 or less. Only original artwork will be considered. Artwork must have been completed within the last two years.
